Do I need an RA number or form to send in a repair?




No, we do not require an RA to process and complete your repair. However, if your company requires that you use an RA, we can provide one.





What is your normal turnaround time?




Our average turnaround time is 10 – 14 business days. Same day emergency service is available.





Do you offer a warranty on your repairs?




Yes, we offer a one year limited warranty on all of our repairs, and a two year limited warranty on our RB-2 boards. Full warranty details can be found in our Shewmaker Electronics Inc. Price Guide.





What forms of payment do you accept?




We accept Visa and MasterCard. We are also happy to bill your company with an invoice that can be paid by check.





Do you repair other models of regulator / recloser / capacitor controls, etc. that are not listed on this web site?
